this is an avocado sorbet in a orange shell ... garnish it with a caramelized pecan, blueberries fresh mint and a drizzel of balsamic vinegar essence

Beautiful plating.
Interesting concept.

I've never heard of Avocado Sorbet, and I'm a teensy bit skeptical of it! All of the elements that went into the plating of it make it sound very tasty though!!!
